Hosta ‘Blue Dimples’ – 2026

Hosta ‘Blue Dimples’ is a hardy perennial valued for its compact clumps of blue-green, textured foliage that add cool tones and structure to shaded garden areas. The puckered, slightly corrugated leaves create visual interest, while upright spikes of pale lavender flowers appear in midsummer, providing height and attracting pollinators. Thriving in partial to full shade with moist, well-drained soil, ‘Blue Dimples’ is hardy, low-maintenance, and reliable. The ornamental foliage maintains its visual impact throughout the growing season, while the summer flowers enhance garden biodiversity. Its combination of compact growth, striking blue-green leaves, and seasonal blooms makes it a versatile and appealing choice for shaded planting schemes.
