AE42646: Lower Front Feed Roll

Durable Tube Design: The lower-front feedroll features a sturdy tube design with reinforced, welded-on bars, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability in demanding conditions. Optional Replaceable Teeth Bars: For enhanced flexibility, the LFFR offers optional replaceable teeth bars with identical serrations. This allows for easy replacement and maintenance, extending the lifespan of your equipment. Customizable Aggressiveness: For more aggressive intake, especially in corn, the serrated side of the teeth bars can be mounted to the outside. This customization ensures optimal performance tailored to your specific crop needs. Adaptable to Crop Conditions: If the feedroll tend to wrap in sticky crop conditions, the smooth side of the teeth bars can be mounted to the outside. This adaptability helps maintain efficient operation regardless of crop conditions. Extended Usability: The design advantage of the LFFR is that the bars can be used from both sides and can be easily replaced once worn out. This feature reduces downtime and maintenance costs, providing a higher return on investment.
