Actaea ramosa ‘Pink Spike’ – 2026

Actaea ramosa ‘Pink Spike’ is an eye-catching perennial known for its finely cut, deep bronze-purple foliage and tall, elegant flower stems. From late summer to early autumn, it produces slender, fragrant spires of pale pink flowers that arch gracefully above the dark leaves. The blooms are particularly attractive to bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, adding movement and ecological value to the garden.

Best suited to partial shade and moist, humus-rich soil, ‘Pink Spike’ thrives in woodland gardens, shaded borders, or damp, sheltered spots. Its dramatic leaf colour and fragrant flowers make it a strong focal point in late-season planting, while its upright growth habit provides height and structure. This variety is an excellent choice for extending interest well into autumn.
