Agapanthus ‘Sofie’ – 2026

Agapanthus ‘Sofie’ is a hardy perennial admired for its clusters of soft violet-blue flowers that bloom from midsummer into early autumn. The strap-like green leaves form tidy, evergreen clumps, providing structure and year-round interest to borders, containers, or sunny garden areas. Its delicate flower heads attract bees and other pollinators, adding both colour and ecological value.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil, ‘Sofie’ is low-maintenance and drought-tolerant once established. The combination of architectural foliage, long-lasting blooms, and pollinator-friendly flowers makes it a versatile and visually appealing choice for perennial borders, patio containers, or mixed planting schemes.
