Aster lateriflorus ‘Prince’ – 2026

Aster lateriflorus ‘Prince’ is a striking perennial cultivar valued for its white, daisy-like flowers with soft purple centres that bloom from late summer into autumn. Its upright, clump-forming habit and dark green foliage provide contrast, highlighting the delicate flower colours and adding structure to borders, cottage gardens, and mixed perennial beds. The nectar-rich blooms attract bees and butterflies, supporting pollinators while extending seasonal interest when many other plants are fading. Hardy and easy to grow, ‘Prince’ thrives in well-drained soil with full sun to partial shade. Regular deadheading encourages prolonged flowering and maintains a tidy, healthy appearance, making it a reliable choice for adding long-lasting late-season colour with subtle elegance.
