Astilbe ‘Raspberry’ – 2026

Astilbe ‘Raspberry’ is a vibrant perennial admired for its rich raspberry-pink, feathery flower plumes that rise elegantly above a dense mound of deep green foliage. Blooming from mid to late summer, its upright, airy flowers create a striking vertical accent in shaded borders, woodland gardens, or alongside water features. The vivid raspberry tones provide excellent contrast with lighter-coloured plants and add a lively splash of colour to mixed perennial plantings.

Thriving in moist, humus-rich soils, Astilbe ‘Raspberry’ prefers partial to full shade and performs best when the soil is kept consistently damp. Low-maintenance and reliable, it benefits from mulching to retain soil moisture and cutting back old stems after flowering. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees and other pollinators, adding both ornamental charm and ecological value to shaded garden spaces.
