Campanula ‘Sarastro’ – 2026

Campanula ‘Sarastro’ is a vigorous, perennial plant admired for its tall, arching stems bearing abundant, bell-shaped deep violet-blue flowers from early to late summer. The striking blooms rise above dense, bright green foliage, adding height, colour, and structure to borders, cottage gardens, and naturalistic plantings. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, providing both visual interest and wildlife benefits.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil, Campanula ‘Sarastro’ is hardy, reliable, and low-maintenance. Taller stems may require staking in exposed positions, and deadheading faded blooms encourages prolonged flowering. With its bold, long-flowering display and pollinator-friendly nature, it is an excellent choice for mixed borders, wildlife gardens, or as a striking feature plant in summer schemes.
