Delphinium Belladonna ‘Atlantis’ – 2026

Delphinium Belladonna ‘Atlantis’ is a tall, hardy perennial admired for its elegant spikes of soft lavender-blue flowers with darker centres that bloom from mid to late summer. The striking blooms rise above clumps of deeply divided, dark green foliage, creating dramatic vertical interest in borders, cottage gardens, or mixed perennial plantings. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, adding both ornamental beauty and wildlife value.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade with fertile, well-drained soil, Delphinium Belladonna ‘Atlantis’ benefits from staking or support to maintain upright flower spikes. Cutting back spent flower stems encourages a tidy appearance and can prolong flowering in favourable conditions. Hardy and reliable, it is relatively low-maintenance and provides a long-lasting, elegant display, making it an excellent choice for adding summer colour and vertical structure to garden borders.
