Eupatorium perfoliatum – 2026

Eupatorium perfoliatum is a hardy, upright perennial known for its clusters of white flowers that bloom from mid to late summer above dark green, lance-shaped foliage. The flowers attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies, adding ecological value, while the vertical stems provide structure and height in borders, naturalistic plantings, or wildflower gardens.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil, Eupatorium perfoliatum is hardy and low-maintenance. It tolerates a range of soil conditions and is suitable for perennial borders, meadow-style plantings, or naturalistic gardens, providing reliable summer colour and structural interest.
