Hosta ‘Delta Dawn’ – 2026

Hosta ‘Delta Dawn’ is a hardy perennial admired for its bold, variegated foliage. The green leaves feature wide, creamy-white margins, forming dense, mounded clumps that add contrast and structure to shaded garden areas. In midsummer, upright spikes of pale lavender flowers rise above the foliage, providing height, seasonal interest, and attracting pollinators. Its striking leaf colour and tidy habit make it ideal for borders, woodland gardens, or container planting.

Thriving in partial to full shade with moist, well-drained soil, ‘Delta Dawn’ is hardy, low-maintenance, and reliable. The ornamental foliage maintains its visual appeal throughout the growing season, while the summer flowers enhance garden biodiversity. Its combination of dramatic variegation, compact growth, and seasonal blooms makes it a versatile and eye-catching choice for shaded planting schemes.
