Hosta ‘Kiwi Spearmint’ – 2026

Hosta ‘Kiwi Spearmint’ is a charming dwarf perennial that brings unique texture and colour to shaded garden spaces. This cultivar features long, sword-like leaves that emerge creamy white and gradually develop green veins and margins. The foliage has a narrow, twisted form, providing a distinctive look and texture that stands out in borders, woodland gardens, or containers.

In early summer, ‘Kiwi Spearmint’ produces upright stems adorned with lavender-purple, bell-shaped flowers that rise above the foliage, attracting pollinators such as bees and butterflies. This hosta thrives in moist, well-drained, organically rich soil and prefers partial to full shade. Once established, it is relatively low-maintenance and offers excellent slug resistance due to its thick, textured leaves. ‘Kiwi Spearmint’ is a versatile and dependable perennial that adds both visual appeal and ecological value to shaded areas.
