Lupinus ‘Chandelier’ – 2026

Lupinus ‘Chandelier’ is a striking perennial with tall, upright spires covered in rich yellow blooms that light up the summer garden. Its palm-shaped green leaves form a fresh and attractive base for the vertical flower spikes, making it ideal for adding structure and colour to borders. The flowers are a magnet for bees and other pollinators, bringing life and biodiversity to the planting scheme.

This cultivar thrives in well-drained, moderately fertile soils and prefers a sunny position, though it will tolerate partial shade. Flowering in early to midsummer, ‘Chandelier’ adds weeks of bright colour and visual drama. Hardy and relatively low-maintenance, it is an excellent choice for gardeners wanting to combine ornamental beauty with wildlife-friendly qualities.
