Phlox paniculata ‘San Antonio’ – 2026

Phlox paniculata ‘San Antonio’ is a compact and vibrant perennial known for its clusters of bright red flowers held on strong stems above dark green foliage. The blooms carry a pleasant fragrance and attract pollinators like bees and butterflies, making it a striking addition to borders, mixed perennials beds, or cottage-style gardens. Its upright, mat-forming habit gives both structure and intense colour in summer displays.

Thriving in fertile, well-drained soil, ‘San Antonio’ prefers full sun to partial shade. Deadheading spent flowers helps encourage further blooming and maintain a tidy appearance. Phlox paniculata ‘San Antonio’ balances aesthetic impact and garden performance, making it a rewarding choice for UK gardens.
