Veronica ‘Purpleicious’ – 2026

Veronica ‘Purpleicious’ is a compact, upright perennial that produces dense spikes of vibrant purple flowers above glossy green foliage. Blooming from early to late summer, the flower spikes provide a long-lasting and vivid display, making it ideal for the front of borders, mixed planting schemes, or container plantings. Its neat habit and striking flower colour add structure and visual interest to sunny garden areas, while the upright spikes can also be used for cut flowers.

This variety thrives in full sun and prefers moist, well-drained soil. It is highly attractive to pollinators, including bees and butterflies, which feed on the nectar throughout its flowering season. Once established, it requires minimal maintenance, with occasional deadheading helping to prolong blooms and maintain tidy growth. Veronica ‘Purpleicious’ combines ornamental charm with ecological value, making it a reliable and colourful choice for sunny borders and wildlife-friendly gardens.
