Veronica spicata ‘Heidekind’ – 2026

Veronica spicata ‘Heidekind’ is a compact, clump-forming perennial that produces upright spikes of soft pink flowers above narrow, lance-shaped green foliage. Blooming from early to late summer, the densely packed flower spikes provide a long-lasting vertical display, adding height, colour, and structure to borders, mixed plantings, and wildlife-friendly gardens. Its tidy habit and gentle pink blooms make it ideal for the front of borders, container plantings, or cut flower arrangements.

This variety thrives in full sun and prefers well-drained soil. It is highly attractive to pollinators, including bees and butterflies, offering abundant nectar throughout the flowering season. Once established, it requires minimal maintenance, with occasional deadheading helping to prolong bloom and maintain tidy growth. Veronica spicata ‘Heidekind’ combines ornamental charm with ecological value, making it a reliable and attractive choice for sunny garden borders.
